Anyone else's kid look like this?

Best Book

The best book I read this year was A Mother's Heart by Jean Fleming. I recommend it to all the moms I know. It is such a sweet book about how important my job is. It helped me put into perspective what my role is in my family. I didn't have a hard time going from working full time to staying home, but there are definitely days where I wonder why it matters that I am investing into my kids in this way. This book is a MUST read.

A post for someone special

This post is for Amber (Awesome Auntie Amber or AAA as we like to call her around here). Amber, we miss you, but are already teaching Ben all about you. We love you and he will definitely know who you are when you get back.

For those that don't know Amber. She is my bff that is living in S. Africa. Before Zeke was born we came up with her name. Little did I know that she would take it to the next level by making a bib for Zeke.

This is Zeke wearing the AAA bib (Zeke was about 9 weeks here)

And here is Ben showing his AAA love!!! (Ben's 7 weeks here)

Best Article

Hmmm.... best article? I have no clue about this one. So, I am letting Spence take this one.

Happy Birthday Aunt Cindy!

Best Restaurant Moment

Today's best is restaurant moment. This is a little tough seeing how we haven't really been to a lot of restaurants this year. I would have to say going to Morton's was our best. Spence and I went here to celebrate our anniversary on our trip to Richmond. You can read more about our experience here.

Best Trip 2009

So my friend Kelly is doing this really cool thing on her blog. I thought I would attempt to copy her idea here on my blog. The idea originally comes from this blog post. We will see if it actually happens...

Today's challenge is to write about your best trip in 2009:
Our best trip was our first trip as a family to the beach. We had such a great time. It was so cool to see the ocean and beach through Zeke's eyes. We had a blast discovering things with him. We can't wait to go next year with both our lil boys!
